Mary CLARKE - Therapist (CBT, psychotherapy)
Working with my clients in a collaborative way I assist them in exploring and understanding the areas of their lives that they are finding challenging and troubling.
Training I hold an Honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. I am also a member of Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Experience
For many years I worked with individuals, assisting them in realising their career and life goals. Several years ago I moved into the world of psychotherapy and counselling and I now focus on working with a variety of clients who experience troubling issues, either from their past or in their present lives. My goal is, by working with my clients in a collaborative way, I can assist them in finding a way to flourish in their lives by working through the difficulties that are troubling them.
Approach
My approach is an Integrative form of therapy which means that I tailor make the therapy to suit my client’s needs. The therapeutic environment I offer is non-judgemental, confidential and trusting. My aim is to ensure my clients are understood and at all times have a sense of working towards an agreed outcome.
