History
For many years I have worked with individuals assisting them in achieving their life and career goals. I decided to move fully into the world of psychotherapy and counselling to concentrate on helping individuals who experience deeply troubling and painful issues from their past or present lives. I passionately believe in the power of psychotherapy and counselling and how it can help people move through their pain and flourish in their lives.

I am a qualified therapist and a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, IACP.
Education
I have an honours degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I work in accordance with the IACP code of ethics and Children First guidelines. I am passionate about my own continuous personal development to ensure that I am aware of the latest developments and approaches in the world of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
